With the rapid development of construction industry in our country, the constructionsafety supervision and management system is being improved. However, with the deepeningand refinement of safety supervision and management, the number of safety accident inconstruction is still in the high status. More often than not the reason might be found in thatthe safety supervision and management system has the effect of diminishing marginal utility.The traditional way of safety management pay more attention to the management control andthe weakness overcome, the improving management system results in a safety managementperformance in role tends to limit value. To improve the safety management further must relyon improving the employee’s work performance, which characterized by choice actively andparticipate positively to improve the safety production situation.Based on the analysis above, this paper attempts from the research of the employee’spositive safety behavior in construction, and build a framework of employee relationship oforganizational justice affect the employee’s positive safety behavior. Through the analysis forthe effect of organizational justice on the positive safe behavior, to make clear the predictiveeffect the factors of organizational justice make on the employee’s positive safety behavior,and reveal the mechanism that organizational factors stimulating positive safety behavior toaffect the performance of construction safety management. In order to provides reference forthe construction enterprises in our country to change from the traditional type of the safetyindex management mode with force outside to the type with internal motivation. The specificsolution is as follows:Firstly, combing the existing research at home and abroad about the positiveorganizational behavior and the safety behavior in construction and define the concept of theemployee’s positive safety behavior in construction clearly. By comparing the similarities anddifferences of the positive safety behavior and other related behaviors to clarify therelationship between different concepts. Make a theoretical foundation for the next in-depthstudy.Secondly, based on the concept of the employee’s positive safety behavior inconstruction, collect the characteristics of positive safety behavior through providing theopening questionnaires and interview survey and then try to forecast, modify the scale by theproject analysis and factor analysis and delete the items do not conform to the requirements.Then examine the reliability and validity of the scale to get the employee’s positive safetybehavior scale which is suitable for China’s construction industry situation, and thus ensurethe internal structure of the employee’s positive safety behavior consists of four factors.Finally, formulate the questionnaire and obtain data with scale of the organizationaljustice and the positive safety behavior scale designed by this research. Then build the relationship model of positive safety behavior with the organizational justice by a structuralequation model, in order to come to a conclusion that the organizational justice has a positivepredict effect on the positive safety behavior in construction.
