The three or four line of the city’s supermarkets in the current business context, in the face of increasingly fierce competition, the urgent need to explore a development road from the view of overall scope.This paper choose a four-line city regional small and medium-sized supermarket chain-THC supermarket chain as the research object, through the field investigation for the supermarket, based on obtaining detailed information on related fields, combined with the supermarket development theory, using Porter’s five forces Model, PEST, SWOT and other research tools to analyze the internal and external environment faced by the THC supermarket chain, to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the process of its development, on this basis, combined with the specific circumstances of the enterprise and regional business atmosphere, determine the THC supermarket chains should be taken "based in Guangdong Luoding, multi-format development, steady expansion," the steady-growth strategy and differentiation strategy, at the same time provide some suggestions on its safeguard measures required for the effective implementation of its strategy.This paper studies the four line city regional supermarket chain how to seek development in the context of the entire retail slow-growing development, which possesses great pertinence and characteristics of the times. Small and medium-sized supermarket chain in three or four line city while facing enormous pressure of competition, but with the development of the regional economy, increasing ability of the consumer, there is still a large market space for development, three or four line city supermarket chains should actively explore the development mode suitable for their own type. In this paper, business strategy and strategic safeguards proposed for THC supermarket chain, hoping to provide theoretical guidance for the development of THC supermarket chains, as well as to provide a reference for similar enterprise development strategies.
