Since 1990s, the supermarket has become a new member of China decoration market. People pay much attention to the developing of China decoration market. The annual sales of supermarket has arrived 15 billion, occupying about 10% of the total China market. However, in the past 2 years, supermarket suddenly stopped the quick expansion in stores and sales. What's worse, beyond the global financial crisis in 2009, the China home improvement retailers meet unprecedented difficulties. It is heard that some stores will be closed in 2009.It is no doubt that China home improvement retailer faces the bottleneck. Everyone wants to know what could gear the industry again. The supply chain integration is capable of driving the growth of China home improvement retailer. Through supply chain integration, it is possible to control the flow of information, commodity, and capital, which helps suppliers and supermarket to be tied tightly by common benefit. The home improvement retailer plays the role as leader in supply chain integration. That could help the SMEs enhance their capability, consolidate the foundation for home improvement retailer. What's more important, that allows improving the relationship between suppliers and supermarket. It is the base to build the reliable strategy partnership.In the last part, the thesis focuses on the supply chain integration execution in A company, including the information share, stock management and purchasing process. It combines the theory of supply chain integration and the practice in home improvement retailer. This paper will help the supply chain integration execution in home improvement retailer both in theoretical and practical area.
