The Research Of Problems In Rongshui Modern Features Agricultural Development

Rongshui Miao Autonomous County is a typical mountainous agricultural county. Agriculture is the foundation of social economy, known as "9 hill half water half minutes of cropland". This county is rich in agricultural resources, historical and cultural heritage. The different ethnic style atmosphere and cultural hybridity gives Rongshui its unique characteristics of modern agriculture industry. This makes it a key in seeking breakthrough in the agricultural industry. In 2014, the development of modern agriculture and agricultural development situation was favorable; the total output value of agriculture, forestry, livestock and fishery reached 28.1 billion yuan. The proportion of the latter industry, achieved 6072 yuan per capita of the net income of farmers. Agricultural products processing scale knew a considerable expansion. The Rongshui modern characteristic agriculture development layout is good thereby helping in the construction of the three rural systems namely: "Sanyang", "sweet", "forest", "agriculture, countryside and farmers", with the "four three" characteristic agriculture development pattern.In this paper, the characteristics of modern agricultural development in Rongshui county was evaluated. The evaluation results show: â‘  Rongshui characteristics of modern agricultural development overall score of 73.6 points, belongs to the general level. â‘¡ competitive factors, the support element is the main factor restricting the development of modern agriculture in Rongshui county. â‘¢ Agricultural resources, history and culture, the organization, the degree of organization of farmers, policy support, financial support, characteristic agricultural product commodity rate, and technical conditions are the key factors of restricting the development of the characteristics of modern agricultural development in Rongshui County.Comprehensive analysis of the evaluation results puts forward the characteristics of the problems of modern agricultural development in Rongshui County which shows that: agricultural product commodity rate is low, there is the presence of backward level of management and services; the degree of organization is weak, the awareness of farmers support is low. There is a weak follow-up service as well as poor sales channels and marketing. The technological innovation has also lagged behind, together with backward management level..Countermeasures: promote the commercialization of agricultural products, improve the logistics system; promote the industrialization of agriculture, the implementation of scale; increase policy support efforts to implement preferential agricultural policies; strengthen brand building, expand sales channels; pay close attention to the work of agriculture to gain more insight, insist technological innovation; dig into agricultural resources, as well as maintain a strong cultural integration.
