Research On Business Network Relationship In Industry Cluster

Since global financial crisis happened in 2008,governments around the world united to response to the global economy slow recovery, at the same time, With the aid of adjustment, governments optimize the industrial layout, make up the shortfall and enhance the resist force. The Chinese government is resolutely carry out the policies of the new industry adjustment,to realize the long-term strategic development at expense of short-term "pain", In the time of transforming development patterns and reconstructing industry transitions,how the second industry make a correct positioning to eliminate backward production and realize optimization?This study based on the county economy as the overall framework and the industrial cluster as the boundary, research the social network relationships between enterprises in industrial cluster. On the one hand, using enterprise development in real business competitive environment to verify the competitive advantage of industrial clusters; On the other hand, through the analysis of social network relations between enterprises, point out whether there is room for improvement and put forward suggestions, for the enterprise,the cluster, the county’s economy, and even the nation’s smooth economy transition, this study can provide a reference.Based on the determination of the research object and the enforceability of the investigation, this research selected one industrial cluster of six big plastic material industry in G county at Hubei province. The leader of the cluster is KaiLe group.The leader evoluted from scratch,then eventually become one of the pillar industries in G county. Through the Investigation of whether there have social network relation between enterprises, we find out that there surely has a social network relation which different with production network. Such as the newly established enterprises, some researchers are the original technical or sales person of the KaiLe group. Because of the Gong’an government’s vigorously support at the construction of industry cluster, such as the establishment of Gong’an plastic association, etc. those measures strengthen its social network contact between enterprises in the industry, also created a non-business network relations for the enterprise development, make relations more closely and form an "umbrella" for enterprises transformation and promote the overall industry upgrading and development.At the same time,research found that those enterprise in cluster which have the same kind of products will have more significant social network relationships.On the one hand, because the entrepreneurs within the cluster are almost the locals, mostly separated from KaiLe group; On the other hand, in order to promote industry development, the local government has formed the plastic association, Those who have personal or business relationship in the association will become more closely. But from the whole layout of industrial cluster, although the cluster has the external conditions, but there also has the plight of "gathering in". This research put forward suggestions from three aspects:Enterprise, Government and Society, mainly with enterprise itself, the help of government and social promotion, finally make contribution to the economical development.
