Along with our country economy high speed development of the society, food safety become the focus of the people concerned about the topic, and in order to solve the problem of food security and agricultural sustainable development and a series of, the concept of green food are often mentioned by people, developing green food industry, so to speak, is to resolve our country facing to the problems of food safety, this paper first analyzes the concept, characteristics and development law of green food, and combining with the characteristics of the present situation and development of Heilongjiang green food development, discussed in Heilongjiang, and establish and improve a healthy green food of the whole industry chain mode and method.
