| The rapid economic development has created a large amount of material wealth,but it has caused serious environmental damage.The degradation of the ecological environment and environmental pollution have brought negative effects on food safety.As a safe and healthy food,green food has been favored by consumers.Seeing consumers’ demand for high-quality food,it is very important to strengthen the quality management of green food.As a large agricultural province in my country,Heilongjiang Province took the lead in developing green food in the country in the early1990 s.After years of development,green food has become one of Heilongjiang Province’s products with strong competitive advantages.Therefore,strengthening the quality management of the supply chain of green food enterprises in Heilongjiang Province and improving the quality of green food are very important to ensure the stable and sustainable development of the industry.Firstly,this paper analyzes the status,advantages and disadvantages of the development of Heilongjiang Province’s green food companies,and studies the quality management problems and their causes in each link of the supply chain.Secondly,based on theoretical analysis,this paper uses the method of evolutionary game to construct a two-party game model of the planting supply link,purchasing link and transportation link of the green food enterprise supply chain in Heilongjiang Province,analyzing the local stability of the model and the analysis of various parameters,using Matlab software to simulate and analyze the evolutionary game models of three links respectively,verifying the results of the model analysis based on the simulation results,and drawing a simulation conclusion of the evolutionary game of each link of the green food enterprise supply chain in Heilongjiang Province.Then,this paper constructs a tripartite evolutionary game model of growers,green food retailers and transportation and logistics enterprises from the perspective of the overall supply chain of green food enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.Based on the replication dynamic equation and the evolutionary phase diagram of the evolutionary game model,this paper deduces and analyzes the parameters of the overall quality management of the supply chain of green food enterprises in Heilongjiang Province,analyzes the influence of each parameter on the tripartite evolutionary game,and the stability of the tripartite evolutionary game model.Finally,based on the theory and model analysis results of the evolutionary game of quality management in each link and overall link of the Heilongjiang Province’s green food enterprise supply chain,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the quality management system of the supply chain of green food enterprises in Heilongjiang Province from the four aspects of planting supply links,purchasing links,transportation links and the overall supply chain. |
