Research Onthe Developmentofgreen Food Industryin Heilongjiang Province

With the rapid development of the economy,mankind created a lot of material wealth,but also caused serious environmental damage,had some negative influences to food safety.As quality,safe and healthy food,the green food has gotten the favor of the market,gradually became the mainstream of food consumption.The development of green food industry has a very important significance,because it is an important way to promote the economic development,meet the demand for food,accelerate the transformation of agricultural development mode,protect the agricultural ecological environment,and promote the rural residents' income.Heilongjiang province has unique climate,excellent ecological environment,adequate supply of raw materials,solid industrial base,perfect policy system,sound infrastructure.After many years of development,green food industry has grown to be the second major industry in Heilongjiang province.This study takes the development of the green food industry in Heilongjiang province as the topic,carries out the relevant research work,in order to provide the basis for making the relevant policies.This paper studies the comparative advantage of green food industry in Heilongjiang province,uses a large number of statistical data to describe the situation of the industry,including plant,processing and marketing,aslo describes the situation of milk products,meat products,corn,rice,soybean,potato,wheat and so on.This paper analyses the problem of plant,processing and marketing from the angle of industry chain and the angle of industry subdivision.At the end of the article,this paper promotes the suggestions for thc development of green food industry,including the following aspects: First,the government should clarify the direction of green food industry;Secondly,we should constantly improve the planting level of green food;Thirdly,we should develop the deep processing of green food;Fourthly,we should vigorously develop green food sales market;Fifth,the government should improve the quality of supervision and management system.
