With the continuous development and the impact of the Internet Financial and pushing in the tide of global economic and financial integration, To build the retail banking has become the strategic focus of domestic and foreign banks to seize market share. Varying from minute to minute business environment, commercial banks have launched various concrete measures at the implement level.Network transformation has become a priority among priorities. The early bank outlets transformation most focus on the hardware transformation including the network adjustment、optimization of function zoning and the self-service channel shunt, however, it has not touched the conditionality of process optimization、post setting、performance appraisal and fine management. It hinders the outlets to enhance thecore competitiveness to a certain extent. Therefore, to further deepen the retail outlets business transformation has become a new subject in today’s commercial banks face.In order to meet the electronic and diversified trend of the custom service mode, effectively deal with the new challenge of the network transformation and management, further enhance the core competitiveness and sustainable development of the Agricultural Bank of Suzhou, the Agricultural Bank of Suzhou keeps pace with times, deeply understand the essence and connotation of network transformation, comprehensively promote "the transformation and the enhancement " project in the system, promotes the outlets achieve the upgrade of "five transformation " and "three force". The purpose of this article is to reasonable assess the network transformation scheme and put forward a workable proposal from dissecting the retail outlets operating status of the Agricultural Bank of Suzhou, drawing lessons from domestic and international successful experience of network transformation. The research of this article depends on the normative analysis combined with empirical method. It firstly account for the research object、the related theory basis and research experience, contacts the area economy of Suzhou and the banking industry competition situation of retail outlets on the basis,analysis the significance and necessity of the transformation of the Agricultural Bank of retail outlets in Suzhou. It describes the strategic network transformation about the Agricultural Bank of Suzhou from the internal mechanism of networktransformation and external customer service transformation, comprehensively describe the transformation of the development of new ideas.
