Retail banking is relative to traditional wholesale banking.It is mainly to provide financial products and services to individuals and their families,micro-enterprises and business owners.Compared with the company's business,the retail business occupies less capital,more business volume and scale,and the risk is dispersed.In the 21 st century,major commercial banks have paid more attention to retail business,and retail customers have gradually entered a heated competition.In order to ensure the vitality of the banking industry,retail deposits have become the main source of bank liabilities.Since 2017,the theme of China's banking transformation and development has also changed from corporate Capital Management to large retail sales.This paper first draws on the research results of outstanding scholars at home and abroad,analyzes the development status of retail business of advanced retail banks at home and abroad,and analyzes the general situation of retail business development of the Dalian branch of Bank H.At the same time,the paper analyzes the problems and the reasons of the transformation of big retail in bank H Dalian.And from products,services,channels,marketing and other aspects of specific solutions and safeguard measures.There are currently four major problems in Bank H Dalian Branch.They are the lack of synergy in product R&D and innovation,lack of targeted differentiated services,low emphasis on channel construction,and lack of guidance and participation in marketing methods.This has seriously hampered the transformation of the Dalian branch's large retail sales.In response to these problems,this paper scientifically constructs the organizational structure,risk control and personnel training system of Dalian Branch.Strengthen customer operation and product operation,enhance brand effect,do a good job in customer service,cultivate customer usage habits and loyalty,and make customers rely on brands,thus promoting the transformation and development of the large retail business of Dalian Branch.
