(3) the initial variables " over 50 years " and " gender" of migrant workers return home business is no financial support Satisfaction; " 30-39 ", " village resident income levels ", " per capita income ", " initial venture funds " will directly affect the financial support of migrant workers return home business satisfaction; " 40-49 "," marriage "," "," family size "," the number of brothers and sisters "," month bill"," entrepreneurial culture form " by the middle of the variables will indirectly affect migrant workers return home business financial support satisfaction.In this paper, the final results of this study support from bank credit, private lending, tax breaks, cheap land, entrepreneurial incentives, entrepreneurship and premium subsidies and other aspects of their migrant workers on how to improve migrant workers return home business gives financial support satisfaction and corresponding countermeasures proposal, which provides a guide for the central and local government policy formulation and subsequent implementation.
