Based on the big environment of Chinese urban and rural development, the author in this paper, will, under the guidance of migration theory, the theory of international entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship psychology, present the study on the discipline of migrant workers returning home for business especially from the following aspects, including stimulating factors, hinder factors and business mechanism, in order to provide theoretical guidance for migrant workers who return home to start business.in addition to the study of migrant workers returning home for business, with the combination of current development between urban and rural area, the study, takes Longyan city as an example, not only provides some advice on urban and rural development, but also provides valuable reference for migrant workers returning home for business. The research about migrant workers in the background of urban and rural development is in the fourth chapter. The fifth is the research about the influence of migrant workers returning home through the establishment of Logit Model. The last chapter, based on the above analysis, gives some advice for migrant worker to encourage them to start business in their hometown.
