With the rapid development of computers、the Internet、mobile phones and other technologies, electronic banking as a new commercial bank business model, with its convenience、fast、low transaction cost、high efficiency, is welcomed by more and more customers。It can effectively share the pressure the bank counter staff, improve service levels and quality of banks, commercial banks,and it has also been respected.Electronic banking is an outwardly extending and expanding commercial banking, which is the future survival of the indispensable means of competition.N Bank of Suzhou Branch is the second branches of Chinese N Bank, having a strong capital strength and a strong sense of service. It has a dozen levels, multiple secondary branches and 150 outlets, 1,000 self-dispensing equipment.Suzhou N Bank outlets are widely distributed in Suzhou City, throughout urban and rural areas.Although Suzhou N Bank e-banking business started late, but with the rapid development, the current size of electronic banking customers has exceeded 8 million.This paper analyzes the Suzhou N Bank e-banking marketing strategy from a combination of theoretical and practical point of view, analyzing the N bank marketing process more prominent issue.In the third part, a detailed analysis of the N bank Suzhou Branch electronic banking products and marketing situation, describes the course of development and scale of products, and the marketing process advantage.IN the fourth part mainly it uses the SWOT method to analysis the electronic banking products and the internal and external environment of Suzhou N bank to carry on the thorough analysis, and finds out the existing problems in the process of analysis, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given,for example, improving the incentive evaluation mechanism, strengthening the workforce, improving product innovation and internal management mechanism, strengthening mining electronic banking data.This paper attempts to promote sound and rapid development of Suzhou N Bank e-banking, bank consolidation and development of Suzhou N position in Suzhou City Commercial Bank, and aims to implement appropriate strategies.
