With the use of the Internet to micro-blog and other new media as a representative of the development into a new governance tool that government agencies can use new media technology to achieve public administration, public services, to collect public opinion, the provision of public decisions. Micro-blog has spread fast and wide range of advantages, its timely sharing of Tourism has a natural combination of points. Tourism public service micro-blog therefore has inherent advantages. Tourism public service micro-blog which refers to the government tourism management department services to the community, not for profit service. A Significant feature of micro-blog tourism public service is non-profit. Responsible party travel micro-blog service delivery of public services is the government. The beneficiaries are tourists, businesses and local residents. In the tourism public service concept of micro-blog, micro-blog is the subject of tourism. The public service is defined as the form. Public service micro-blog has features of fans localization, while tourism public service is asking fans to improve the coverage and activity, and thus enhance its influence.Chinese tourism development trend of micro-blog public service is good, but as differences in the operation, many public service micro-blog present uneven in the dissemination of results. Most tourism public service micro-blog can become good urban tourism branding media, and some tourism public service micro-blog is non-existent, so how to enhance spreading results of the tourism public service micro-blog and then build the tourism brand is one thing worth pondering. At present, Chinese tourism public service micro-blog mainly driven by government leaders, most of the government departments and government officials do not pay enough awareness and attention to the reality of the problem, in practice, there is not enough interaction, formal, inadequate promotion and other issues. The purpose of this paper is to draw on existing results of theoretical research in media studies, public tourist service, political science, public administration, public policy, public relations, etc., for a variety of applications in Public service micro-blog of Tai’an tourism, expand the analysis and put forward reasonable suggestions.This paper is aiming at studying Public service micro-blog of Tai’an tourism, using many domestic and foreign research results and then analyzing of a variety of practical applications of tourism public service micro-blog. The first part is an introduction, which mainly introduces the background, significance and relevance of literature review; the second part is the development of the situation and the rise of micro-blog tourism public service; the third part is a specific empirical analysis. Part Ⅳ describes the problems. Part V is the conclusion, from innovation to improve government services and give specific methods. The writing of this article is mainly through literature review analysis, comparative analysis, systematic analysis, theory with practice, multi-angle and multi-faceted demonstration and interpretation of this thesis.The Public service micro-blog of Tai’an tourism has wide audience, and tourist information can be released in a timely manner, it is rich in web performance, interactive, and strong in the contents’readability of various auxiliary classes. Therefore it has a high degree of user experience and a range of audiences. As a part of Shandong Province Tourism category of micro-blog, the Public service micro-blog of Tai’an tourism started early. It has high topic and flexible means and methods, accumulating a lot of practical experience. Through a variety of analysis and summarize, we teased out the characteristics of the current public service micro-blog of Tai’an tourism, we analyze the deficiencies of it,propose various measures and strategies, and discover innovative point to provide feasibility reports and countermeasures for how to create a micro-blog for the public services of Tai’an tourism.It’s a new measure for Tai’an tourism that use Tourism public service micro-blog to provide high Satisfactory and outstanding public service for tourists. It is also an important part to explore a new model for Tai’an tourism and build a networking government. It will also help to improve the economic and social benefits of tourism.Researches into the Public service micro-blog of Tai’an tourism can provide more valuable reference for further study of tourism public service. To a certain extent, the problems existing in reality in it can reflect the common problems in the development of China’s current tourism public services micro-blog,and these problems need to be addressed urgently. This research can be an important reference to make countermeasures of the sustainable development of Tourism public service micro-blog, and it has certain significance on the application of micro-blog in the tourism public service. From the coverage, activity, and influence, this research can provide measures to the feasibility of Tourism public service, and allow the Government to understand how to micro-blog and to achieve optimal efficiency in complex propagation environment, and to let the Government learn how to construct tourist information systems, and improve management level, thus creating a good image of the government. This study let the government pay attention to the communication with users, focusing on the collection of networking advice that visitors and residents put forward, and it can provide a more convenient feedback channels; This study makes the relevant government departments and users form a overall intuitive feeling on the operating modes and systems of Government Tourist public services micro-blog, and thus enhance public trust and acceptance of destination tourism.As a new thing appearing in public service system, the public service micro-blog is an effective way to broaden the micro-blog ruling ideas of government and improve the Tourism public system. Through this research we can improve the public service and make travel micro-blog system getting innovation. It can help the government establish a sound tourism public service micro-blog system, and it is useful to meet the rising public demand for travel micro-blog and enhance the city’s tourism overall level and quality effectively.
