With the continuous development of technology, Tele-communication product’s life-cycle is shortened further which leads to high speed of replacement. Meanwhile horizontal competition becomes more and more intense, enterprises are forced to accelerate time to market in order to seize market opportunities; And the profit margin in electronics industry has been very narrow, enterprises have to find a variety of ways to reduce costs in order to obtain the struggling profits.From the view of whole industry chain, each aspect of tele-communication products inter-locks tightly, from prospective study to development, design, manufacturing, assembly until the final sales, A tiny change will result in more or less impact on its supply chain.In order to respond customer better and faster, project change is an unavoidable problem, and it is a common problem in the industry, how to implement project change better? Firstly, enterprise should analyze deeply for current change method. Secondly, enterprise should setup applicable procedure for project change in conjunction with it’s characteristics. Finally, enterprise should have a rigorous, efficient and applicable change tool in project management system, which can ensure the change is implemented effectively in the controllable scope.This thesis deployed discussion of a tele-communication electronics company’s actual situation, analyzed the current project change management method, put forward the suggestion of performing BPR (business process re-engineering), setup a project change system and application system to implement project change more efficiently. The project change system (after BPR) setups a traceable system, performs project change under control, synchronizes the changing result in this system.
