Research On Optimization Of Engineering Change Management Strategy Of Company A Based On MIS

Engineering change is an inevitable business activity in the production and operation activities of the enterprise.Throughout the product life cycle,whether the enterprise can effectively implement the engineering change determines whether the enterprise can respond quickly to market changes and customer needs,continuously improve product performance and guarantee product quality,and then gain customer recognition and win market competition.Engineering change management is to establish the engineering change business process,use the corresponding management system or tools to evaluate the feasibility and risk of the change,manage the change process,control the change behavior,and then achieve the change purpose.At present,we are in an era of change.With the rapid development of society and the rapid development of technology,the upgrading of electronic products is getting faster and faster.As far as IC assembly and testing companies are concerned,whether it is from market and customer changes or from internal demand,various engineering changes are showing an increasing trend.How to manage engineering changes continuously and effectively is an important subject of manufacturing enterprise management.Based on engineering change management theory and MIS theory,this paper analyzes the status quo and problems of engineering change management of company A,analyzes the influencing factors of the problem with fishbone diagram,and solves the specific problems existing in the process and method of engineering change management of company A.In combination with the actual situation of the enterprise,through the establishment of engineering change management system,optimization of system functions and other means,improve management processes,improve management methods,and solve practical problems in the process of engineering change management in a targeted manner,helping enterprises to achieve effective management of engineering changes,reducing quality anomalies and various risks arising from engineering changes.
