Research On The Influence Of Country Economic Development To Urbanization Construction In Henan Province

Report of the party’s 18 emphasis in the process of promoting rural economic development and the construction of small towns, we must adhere to the principles of co-ordinate of the urban and rural areas, conservation and intensive, livable and harmonious development, and then accelerate the construction of new urbanization. In the structural transition period, the collaborative development of urbanization and county economy greatly affects the development of economy and social in China. When coordinating economy of urban and rural, we should pay more attention to the development of country rural economy, county economy and urbanization are interacting and mutually reinforcing. The county’s economic development provides a foundation for the smooth progress of the construction of rural towns. While, urbanization can provide the impetus for the development of county’s economy. Only by constantly improving the urban and rural system, push the integration develop of urban and rural, can we prosperous rural economy fundamentally, and strengthen county economies. As China’s major agricultural province, most areas of Henan Province are both rural areas, its urbanization is relatively slow, and has been behind the industrialization process, the urbanization rate is lower than the national average in a long time, this severely restricts the pace of economic development of the province. At the present stage, Henan Province should focus on small towns in the acceleration of urbanization, growing the rural economy; effectively address the rural issues, to make an important contribution in promoting economic and social development in Henan Province.Based on data collected, this paper studied the current situation of county economic development and urbanization in Henan, theoretically explained how the county’s economic development effect urbanization, then establish the relational model of the county’s economic development and urbanization, use relevant empirical analysis, quantify the impact of county economic development to urban construction in Henan, finally proposes suggestions to strengthen county economies and promote urbanization in Henan based on the results of qualitative and quantitative analysis.
