Study On The Temporal And Spatial Economic Development At County-scale In Henan Province

The implementation of the reform and opening up,with the rapid growth of China's economic development level,and at the same time,the differences in the levels of regional economic development has also been gradually increased,the eastern,central and western provinces and the provinces and cities in the province,the economic differences are between the county.The existence of regional economic differences are universal,moderate regional economic differences can promote the development of economy,but the difference is too big,not conducive to regional economic development,may lead to social unrest,more conducive to build a well-off society and harmonious society.The construction of the central plains economic zone provided impetus for the economic development of Henan province,with the development of the province's economic,the county economy development level,to coordinate economic development,urgently needed to be solved such problems as whether the sustainable development road.By analyzing the current situation of the development of county economy in Henan province,this paper will research unit reasonable grouping,finally find out the main factors influencing the development of county economy in Henan province,provide the basis for the sustainable and healthy development of county economy in Henan province.This paper generalizes the related research both at home and abroad,and the new classical economic growth theory and new economic geography theory and the coordinated development theory as the theoretical support.In 108 counties of Henan province economic development level of time analysis,absolute and relative difference of county economy in 2001~2014 increases slowly.In space,the use of exploratory spatial data analysis,found that the development level of county economy in Henan province from 2001 to 2014 HH group distributed in the north,west,south of Zhengzhou municipal,agglomerationeffect;Most of the HL and LH group dispersed in each county,Henan province in the Midwest and south distribution is scattered;LL group are mainly distributed in Henan province,eastern and southern cities,according to the results of grouping,the county economy in Henan province can be divided into three groups.Use EViews software to establish the panel data regression model,and find out the influence factors of the development level of county economy in Henan province.It is found that the third industry share of GDP,total society fixed asset investment,total retail sales of social consumer goods,urban residents' disposable income,per capita road area,the density of road factors on three groups of six county have a significant role in promoting economic development.In addition,the third industry growth is to promote the economic development of county economy development;The second industry of GDP promoted the general developed county economic development;Fixed asset investment as a share of GDP to promote the development of the underdeveloped county economy.Finally making Suggestions on the coordinated development of county economy in Henan province,specific as follows,economically developed county population should be disadvantage into advantage population quality;Adjust the industrial structure;Optimize the transportation network,give play to the role of growth pole,effectively promote the development of county economy around.Generally developed county to improve the level of education,to promote the flow of labor between the county;Give full play to the county resources advantage,choose the proper leading industry;Expanding market demand,clear on the path of ascension.Underdeveloped county to improve the efficiency of human capital,agricultural production;Strengthen the central town of leading role,increase communication between county,enhance coordination;Improve the infrastructure,the government through the relevant preferential policies focus on development of regional industry.In this paper,the level of county economy development in Henan province,from two aspects:time,space,to analyze the development level of county economy,can enrich the theoretical basis of research on regional economy;In terms of application,the research of county put forward the coordinated development of the way,for the relevant departments to guide county in Henan province economic growth and sustainable development of the county to provide policy support and coordination;In addition,with the economic development of county economy in Henan province with the same or similar county has a certain reference significance.
