| In the recent years, a great portion of the residents have transferred their deposits into the wealth-management products. However, most residents lack knowledge in the relevant information and risks of the wealth-management products. In such a context, the thesis studies residents’ cognition of information and risks of wealth-management products, studies main communication mode and mechanism of wealth-management products’ information based on social computing, and uses the method of modeling and simulation based on Agent to build communication model and design the attributes of subjects and rules of communication with the results of study, designs adjustable parameters for the influence factors from theoretical study, observes the relation between influence factors and results with changing the parameters when running the program, and finally finds out the key influence factors of the communication of wealth-management products’information.Firstly, the thesis starts its thesis with the summary of wealth-management products and analyzes the residents’cognition level and the way and influence factors of getting information of wealth-management products through designed questionnaire.Secondly, the thesis studies data and condition of interpersonal communication and weibo communication based on the domestic and foreign theoretical research of wealth-management products. There is different from wealth-management products communication and normal communication because bank staffs has participated in communication, uses the method of social computing to study the communication mode and communication mechanism of wealth-management products’ information through interpersonal communication and weibo communication.Through the study of model of interpersonal communication and network communication based on Agent. The thesis advances and designs the model in order to match the features of two types of communication. The thesis builds the communication model advanced from interpersonal communication model according to the rules and features of communication studied from thesis for the way of interpersonal communication, builds the communication model based on Deffuant model according to the rules and features of communication studied from thesis for the way of weibo communication. What’s more, the thesis analyzes the influences of different groups when they are transmitting wealth-management products’ information, designs corresponding attribute of subject for two model and corresponding change algorithm of attitude. Then simulates the changing process of the residents’ cognition of the two communication way by adjusting the influence factors, and finally finds out the key influential factors for the communication of wealth-management products information.Finally the thesis concludes the thesis with some outlooks and suggestions for the commercial banks on the communication of wealth-management products’ information, that is, the banks may set different strategies of promoting and issuing wealth-management products according to the different influence factors under different communication way to be more effective. In this way can the commercial banks save their own resources as well as achieve the most effective communication. |
