Study On The Cooperation Of Regional Tourism In Jilin Province

This paper is on the basis of the results of the second tourism resources research of Jilin province. Both the tourism development of Jilin province since 2000 and tourism development plan of Jilin province are taken into account. In the meanwhile, the paper imitates publications about regional tourism linkage development from domestic and foreign scholars and explores the future direction of Jilin province being guided by thesis of regional tourism linkage development. At last, the paper puts forward some suggestions in allusion to the regional tourism linkage development of Jilin province.The Paper can be divided into three parts except the foreword and conclusion:The first part includes chapter 1, chapter 2and chapter 3, which mainly discusses different theories about regional tourism linkage development for Jilin province. Chapter 1analyzes the macro background and micro environment of the tourism development; Chapter2 defines the concepts of regional tourism and the regional tourism linkage development and analyzes the theoretical basis of the regional tourism linkage development, which mainly covers spatial interaction theory, regional economic integration theory, competitive cooperation theory and sustainable development theory. Comprehensive chapter 3 discusses the mechanisms and modes of the regional tourism linkage development which could be summed up to the macro mechanism that includes the regional economic integration and the will of the government to promote regional tourism linkage development, and micro mechanism which is in consideration of economic interests. In the case of the regional tourism linkage development, the paper summaries five kinds of spatial linkage modes which cover the mononuclear radiation, dual-core linkage, the core- edge linkage, point- axis linkage and network linkage, and four kinds of elements linkage which includes market,resources and product marketing by referring to achievements of related scholars.The second part is the chapter 4 which mainly presents the present situation, existing problems and the obstacle factors of tourism development of Jilin province. This part shows the latest results of the second tourism resources research of Jilin province and tourism development situation of three provinces(Jilin province, Heilongjiang province and Liaoning province) since 2000. Problems existing in the tourism development of Jilin province could be summarized into three aspects: lack of provincial joint, interprovincial linkage and multinational linkage. Barrier factors primarily include three major aspects such as the administrative barriers, market competition and lack of unified plan.The third part discusses the mechanisms, elements and modes about the regional tourismlinkage development of Jilin province guided by the theory of the first part in the matter of the problems coming up in the second part of the paper. The paper focuses on three elements(location, traffic and resource of Jilin province) and five mechanisms(benefit sharing, cost sharing, market sharing, resource sharing, brand share), putting forward the spatial linkage mode like "two nuclear, four areas, six axis” and five elements form. At the same time, the paper comes up with some suggestions from the point of policy, law and transportation infrastructure support system.The innovation of the article is that it is on the basis of the latest tourism resources census results and tourism development data of Jilin province to explore the regional tourism linkage development of Jilin province. However, some insufficient exist such as that the paper couldn’t build up one set of evaluation index system which could establish the effect of regional tourism linkage development.
