With the rapid development of the modern society of new and high technology, science and technology enterprises, the company’s network increasingly fierce market competition.Although science and technology enterprises a good salary, development platform, but the stability of the staff of science and technology enterprises in the high turnover rate is low, it is a common phenomenon. With the deepening of the study, people begin to explore the positive psychological capital and job involvement, employee turnover intention relationships. But the existing studies failed to enterprise employees are classified, ignoring the effect of different functions in the enterprise to the staff. This paper focus on the difference of employees of different functions, staff will be divided into four categories, the core staff, staff, general staff and the unique auxiliary staff, on four different functions of employees’ psychological capital,turnover intention and job involvement level were analyzed, according to the different functions of the staff work, puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures.The author in the Beijing area to select the IBM, LIAN, Ericsson, Baidu AsiaInfo, where to go to net, beautiful round net and a number of typical technology enterprise questionnaire,four categories of stratified sampling according to the different functions of the division, each class selected 70 employees conducted a questionnaire survey, a total of 300 questionnaires,recycling 280 copy, recovery rate 93.3%, data were analyzed after recovery. The results showed that:(1) about psychological capital overall significant negative correlation with turnover intention, job involvement as an intermediary variable, the influence of the level of psychological capital, job involvement degree is low, the psychological capital is low, the corresponding turnover intention is lower;(2) of four employees, the core staff of psychological capital self-efficacy allelopathic effects of dimensions of job involvement and turnover intention is the most significant influence; hope special dimension of psychological capital on job involvement and turnover intention is the most significant; effects of auxiliary staff and general staff of psychological capital self-efficacy dimensions and hope the dimensions of job involvement and turnover intention is the most significant.(3) science and technology enterprise core employee, employee, unique GM employees and auxiliary staff psychological capital and job involvement significantly positively related to turnoverintention, and significant negative correlation.(4) marital status, residence and other demography variables is significant, psychological capital and turnover intention of job involvement.Later the author interviews with representative staff analysis of the problem, according to different types of staff characteristics and put forward the corresponding method of guidance,help enterprises and employees of a correct view of turnover turnover phenomenon, facing the realistic problems, effectively solve the adverse situation.
