The pace of urbanization process promotes social needs of sustainable lifestyle and the healthy and leisure tourism experiences. Eco-agriculture tourism has great development with this trend. However, the existed Eco-agriculture tourism services face some problems which includes the similar and boring interaction activities, the poor participation quality and low user viscosity. But they build solid foundations for collaborative service design approach to Eco-agriculture tourism. In this thesis, according to the current development situation of Eco-agriculture,collaborative service approaches can help to reconstruct new relationship between participants for sharing tourism resource. In order to define collaboration is valuable for Eco-agriculture tourism, author used cases comparing, qualitative and quantitative analysis which focus on user needs, pain points, problem areas, collaborative motivation, and the tourism process they belong to. Finally, author concludes the framework and strategy model of collaborative service for Eco-agriculture based on direction of collaboration in tourism form field research. The theoretical research output includes following aspects: firstly, the focus and design directions of collaborative service for Eco-agriculture tourism. Secondly, the definition of collaborative basics and target, which are the networks of community and the sustainable tourism experience. Thirdly, the RIC(relationship, interaction, continuity) model, it is a design strategy during 3 processes in tourism(anticipation, tourism activities, experience extension), which can guide design strategy for similar design challenges. Last, the test for theoretical output with Vanke Kunshan farm project under practical and optimizing context, in this process author also makes the improvement for RIC model with users test and experts’ feedback.Above all, this thesis provides a contextual paradigm and practical design guide for other Eco-tourism design projects, and also expands the collaborative service study with the combination of both theoretical and practical research.
