In the experience economy era,there is a trend that people asks for more and more increasingly demanding service experience.Science popularization service is no exception,experiential science service which is shown as two-way interactive communication activities has become the trend of science popularization development.At the same time,the territory as well as content of science popularization has been injected new meaning in it with knowledge economy and the popularization of the Internet.Aimed at new meaning of science popularization and the pursuit of high quality experience,the author introduces service design thought,all the people and things in experiential science service are considered as a whole,try to take the service design view to design experiential science service which can improve people's experience and then also increase their scientific literacy.Based on the study of the basic knowledge of science popularization and service design thinking,this article will analyze the experience in science popularization context as well as the related effect factors of it from three point of view,and then summarize some corresponding design suggestions.Finally choosing community science popularization as further entry point,this article will put forward a service system model based on it which consist of three aspects-community network,community experiential science space and community training.After that,the system model will be partially applied to a practical project about community experiential science hall design.
