| With the development of socio-economic and improvement of urbanization level, people gradually to centralize in cities, towns, The conflict between urban spatial expansion and reduction of arable agricultural land especially contradictions become geo-information science earth particular focus attention. On the basis of geological theory, the integrated use of satellite remote sensing and GIS to conduct the thorough research to the expansion of the city proper, to provide a new method of exploration in analysis of the city proper.This paper will from the following three aspect to research Zhanggong district built-up area of Ganzhou expansion and use land scale prediction. Firstly, The remote sensing date combines with the decision making-tree image classification method of normalized vegetation, building, water, and other support data, use it to image classify Zhanggong district all classes in the six years of 2001, 2004, 2006, 2009, 2012, 2014,then get the results.Secondly,in analysis of the built-up area expansion,this paper mainly in virtue of after extraction of remote sensing image data and auxiliary data, to analysis area of change, strength,speed,direction(center of gravity offset),compact degrees of expansion on Zhanggong district built-up area.The research show that before 2009 Zhanggong district the process of urbanization extremely slow,scale smaller, and city space and not city space distribution; after 2009 it was broken on urbanization in space restrictions brought by the landform and physiognomy, urban spatial expansion has the great changes in the speed and scale,the urban structure transformation also rose to a new stage. Lastly,In the prediction of land scale will use the improved grey econometric prediction model to predict the land scale of Zhanggong district built up area.The result shows that use the correct fitting experiment data as the initial data,then to forecast the gray econometric system variables, compared with the traditional single prediction model and the original gray econometric model, predicted fitting value and actual value is very closely, it has been much improved in accuracy. Therefore, base on the improved gray econometric model to provide a new method on the built up area prediction,and provide a useful reference to the city planning and spatial layout adjustment of Zhanggong district. |
