Research On Electric Benchmarking Model Based On Grey Decision Making

The electric benchmarking management can promote the core competitiveness of the electric power enterprise effectively. In this process, it is very important that how to determine the leading enterprise, how to classify the enterprise and chooses which method to be chooses to evaluate the enterprise. The paper researched and discussed that making the leading enterprise, classifying the enterprise as well as evaluation the enterprise and so on deeply. Firstly it introduced the theoretic foundation of the benchmarking management and the grey theory; then, in connection with the gray characteristic of the electric benchmarking comprehensive evaluation, it built gray models of making the leading enterprises classifying the enterprise as well as comprehensive evaluation of indexes separately; Finally, the models had be confirmed validity and usability by using some electricity company's actual data, and provided the theoretic foundation for the electric benchmarkingmanagement's thorough development.
