With its rapid development over recent years, Internet Finance is developing from single-channel operation to a deep integration of internet-tech and financial core business. Banks are being faced with a deep change in their managing style and business procedures. In recent years, all the commercial banks in China have been focusing their attention on on-line banking and E-commerce. This research will discuss and try to resolve how GD Branch of Bank of China can develop its E-commerce by virtue of its own advantages in order to adapt to the rapid development tendency of Internet Finance.First, this paper analyzes the developing status quo and tendency of online banking and E-commerce, explores hot focuses of recent E-commerce, and studies the status quo and problems of E-commerce development of GD Branch. By discussing the merits and demerits of GD Branch in developing E-commerce by analytical methods SWOT and PEST, the paper holds that although to be compared with other banks GD Branch starts developing its E-commerce later, and loopholes and deficiencies exist, still, with the good reputation of Bank of China itself and the gradual emergence of internationalization and diversification and by providing international service, the bank can attract high-quality customers and start online cooperation with the customers, then, as a result, it is possible to create profit maximization and a win-win relationship between the bank and its clients.Moreover, the advantages of large quantities of clients, products innovation and channel building endow GD Branch with greater opportunities in future E-commerce competition. Last, based on the former analyses, the following strategies that GD Branch should take in an online finance era are put forward: to enrich and perfect service systems of E-commercial products; to utilize the three pillar functions of online banking trade, service and marketing to form a prop of the development of E-business; to strengthen building its E-commercial service system and boost the overall service level in combination with the regional advantages of being contiguous to Hongkong and Marcow of GD province; to intensify localized application of E-commercial products, enhance the products’ adaptability and competitive power, and to form a developing road characteristic of the region with the support of active professional market of GD province; and to provide a quality financial service of E-commerce, in the meantime, to improve customer experience and enlarge the profit space and raise its market share.
