With the rapid development of the global economy,the natural resources in the world is decreasing,the awareness of public for environmental protection has also enhanced,so waste recycling and reuse of products came into being,and has attracted more and more attention.Many countries guide manufacturing to recycle waste products,and put it into re-manufacturing work through the introduction of relevant policies,China has also started the implement of The Circular Economy Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China in 2009,it provides manufacturers with the responsibility of recycling the waste products.This implement promotes the recycling work,and makes society achieve dual purpose of protect the environment and save the resources.In addition,while manufactures recycle the waste products,its corporate image and economic efficiency has been increased.So this work has important significance.In this paper,variational inequality theory,Nash theory and network equilibrium theory are used to study the network equilibrium of closed-loop supply chain.By combing the research background,existing research literature,and analyzing the shortcoming of the existing research,then put forward new research direction.Besides,the supply chain network theory,the structure of the supply chain network of the manufacture,and the variational inequality theory are explained,and then achieved the form of equilibrium model and solving algorithm.Specific content as follows:First of all,manufacturing enterprises are often exist capacity constraints because of the limited funds,the technology is not advanced,and so on.On the basis of this condition,analysis the decision-making behavior of the decision-makers at all level of the supply chain,and establish a network equilibrium models of closed-loop supply chain,then analyze its properties.Then,with the development of modern information technology,electronic commerce sales channels are becoming more and more perfect,and attracting more and more consumers.Therefore,consider the e-commerce channels based on single-channel,and establish dual-channel closed-loop supply chain network structure.Moreover,in order to promote the recycling of used products,manufactures reward recycling centers for recycling activities.Based on the condition of the new products and the re-manufactured products have no difference in quality,the network equilibrium model of dual-channel closed-loop supply chain is established on the basis of the maximization of-the profit of each decision-maker,then,by using MATLAB software and modified projection algorithm to solve the problem.Finally,compare the results of single-channel with the results of dual-channel,and the influence of different parameters on the equilibrium results is simulated and analyzed.Finally,from the view if government point,the government sets the maximum carbon-emission limit for manufacturers,and imposes carbon taxes if the manufacturer's carbon emission exceed the regulations.Besides,the government also subsidize recycling behavior of recycling center,to encourage recycling of waste products.This paper analyzed the optimal behavior of the decision makers at all levels,and establish network equilibrium model of dual-channel closed-loop supply chain under carbon emissions constraints,and analyze the influence of different parameters on the carbon emissions and total profits of supply chain through numerical examples.
