Study On Influencing Factors And Countermeasures Of Using FDI Of Jilin Province

Always, as the main form of foreign investment in China, foreign direct investment plays a decisive role in the economic development of our society. Especially, after reform and opening up, from scratch to draw foreign investment in China has maintained a rapid development, has made remarkable progress, foreign investment has become an important means of promoting economic development and international trade. Affected by the global financial crisis, the world economic have decelerated and the attraction of foreign capital have moderated.Jilin province has the Northeast core location advantage and the original heavy industry base, relying on the automobile and automobile parts, petrochemical, bio pharmaceutical and other five pillar industries, the introduction of foreign capital scale is expanding, add impetus to the economic development of Jilin province. Compared with other developed regions, the investment work of Jilin province also has a relatively small number of investment and the investment source is single and the investment projects of poor quality and the imbalance of industrial structure and the investment environment needs to be improved and Labor productivity is low and other problems. These are due to the low economic development and the small market.This paper summarizes a large number of foreign capital utilization theories and reviews the development status and problems of foreign direct investment in Jilin province. This paper assumed the factors which could affect the location choice of foreign direct investment and selects the 12 corresponding measure from angles of system, economy, technology and social culture. The paper establishes the factor analysis model and quantitatively analyzes the various indicators to sort and to classify the importance of all factors by the econometric methods and the key factors affecting the development of foreign investment in Jilin province. Finally, according to the analysis results, put forward the countermeasures to promote development of our province foreign economic prosperity from the three aspects of the government, enterprises and industry development.
