Based On The Law Of The Primate City Of Nanning City Development Strategy Research

In recent years, the domestic many cities put improving the law of the primate city as to urban development strategy, law of the primate city has becomed a measure of a city’s degree that playing a dominant role in regional development, it is embodiment of the city’s comprehensive strength and regional competitiveness. And the first city as the leading economic development, industry gathering place, the premise of scientific and technological innovation, in the economic and social development has strong force and radial force, has become the engine of the development of the region and even the whole country. How to measure a city’s first degrees, what is the reasonable index of first degree, how the function and significance in the process of urban development, and so on, it is important and realistic meaning that researching and analyzing these problems, to improve the first degree of the city and make the urban development strategy study.Based on theory of city development strategy, the relationship of city development and the law of the primate city, The origin of the law of the primate city, and the limitations of traditional first degree, on the basis of literature study, combined with today’s urban development trend, Extending the traditional first degree of population size for a single evaluation index, put forward to establish the generalized first degree evaluation index system. Generalized first degree conforms to the trend of the development of city and human understanding of cities, urban development and the power factor is diversified, we know the city’s first degrees must be from pure population expandsto the economic aspects of indicators, ensuring that more comprehensive and objective evaluation of the urban development level.Under the guidance of these theories, this paper put theurban population, economy, social service ability of Nanning, that contains 12 specific indicators, with the second city in guangxi area (or the first city),to the first degree evaluation, and according to the traditional concept of first degree to calculate the value of law of the primate city of Nanning city. The results reflect only one index greater than 2, and 3 index less than 1, there is a great gap value and ideal first degrees. According to the results, the paperanalyzed with the method of strategic management,according to the actual circumstances of the 12 indexes classification made a strategic choice, and put forward the urban development strategic countermeasures and Suggestions of improving the law of the primate city of Nanning city.
