Research Of Regional Central City Development Based On Law Of The Primate City

Modern times, it has become the main form of regional economic development to central cities as the core city group to promote development. The central city as the center of various resources of city group, as the heart of the city of regional and national economy , has become a focal group of development and even led the entire region and the country's development engine. To promote the rational development of regional economy, it is great significance that how to determine the reasonable size of cities, how to protect the central city and its surrounding cities for a reasonable division of labor and cooperation.In this paper, basing on reviewing the development of urban theory and the central city group theory, combining the actual situation of the development of central city of Chinese cities group, the author deepened the meaning of law of the primate city, and proposed the generalized law of the primate city evaluation theory. Generalized law of the primate city breaks through the traditional limitations on the scope of the evaluation. It can come in a wider range of reasonable scale to measure central cities and central cities and outlying cities and rational division of laborFor the analysis of the first law of the primate city of regional central cities, it is finished mainly through the region's cities to complete the evalu ation of law of the primate city. Through the establishment of law of the primate city comprehensive evaluation index system, using the principal component analysis method, the author evaluated and analysed the different cities. The law of the primate city evaluation is mainly to evaluate the region city of the scale, industry and function, and then people can confirm the composite score in different cities in scale, industry and function. The score can determine the first cities, according to the traditional concept of law of the primate city to determine the degree of the first cities in the first place.Guiding by the above theories and methods, the paper evaluate the law of the primate city of 17 cities in Shandong Province. Through the evaluation of Shandong Province, it is determined Qingdao is a city of the first degree and according to the definition, the paper measure the law of the primate city of Qingdao in whole province and the Peninsula. The results reflect it has great difference for Qingdao's law of the primate city to get the ideal value. In view of this result, the paper give its specific policy recommendations from the scale, industry, functional and regional cooperation to increase the law of the primate.
