People now pay more attention to healthy lifestyles, and there is an increasing demand for green fresh agricultural products. In the traditional manner, the access to fresh agricultural products is limited, but the emergence and rapid development of e-business to provide a platform on the promotion of fresh agricultural products on the network. With the establishment and rapid development of more and more agricultural products e-business firms, there is great need to study on fresh agricultural products logistics in e-business environment. Right now, scholars are more interested in this area though there is not too much research achievement.The article first summarizes the successful domestic agricultural products e-business model, describes the characteristics of fresh agricultural products logistics under the e-business and existing problems; about the basic theory of distribution network optimization, introduces basic principles of genetic algorithm and Matlab software; analyzes the status of fresh agricultural products distribution logistics both in traditional manner and e-business circumstance, and summarized the problems of fresh agricultural products distribution in e-business circumstance; builds an optimization model of local distribution for fresh agricultural products in e-business circumstance; an example using Matlab programming language, to verify the validity and rationality of the model and algorithm; Finally, summarizes the main results of this article pointed out the deficiencies of this study and future research directions.The results show that the genetic algorithm using Matlab language in solving the math model can get a reasonable traffic path of distribution, to meet the requirements of the customer delivery time, reduce distribution costs, shorten delivery time to ensure the freshness of fresh agricultural products, and thus improve customer satisfaction.
