Research On Real Estate Investment Trust In China

This paper first summarizes the relevant theories of Real Estate Investment Trusts (hereinafter referred to as REITs), reinforces the theoretical basis of the present case analysis, carefully studies the design flow and design ideas of "Zhongxin Qihang Special Asset Management Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongxin Qihang"), combines with the current conditions of China, and proposes suggestions for the design option of future REITs products in China. Compared with the foreign mature REITs products, "Zhongxin Qihang" has many deficiencies, and this paper will identify the reasons and propose the reform suggestions. By analyzing the typical case of "Zhongxin Qihang". this paper grasps the features and advantages of REITs products, and clarifies the current development conditions and deficiencies of REITs products in China, proposes the solution, in order to discover the references and enlightenment of "Zhongxin Qihang" on the future REITs product development in China. The development of REITs products in China not only enriches the Chinese financial product market, but also introduces a new financial idea, and provides a new idea for the future economic development and financial reform in China.
