Secondly, analyzes the progress of china-ASEAN maritime connectivity, from infrastructure, mechanism construction, cultural exchanges in three aspects to study, found that the two sides maritime connectivity construction relative lag, using the method of interdisciplinary research and qualitative analysis, and various effects on maritime connectivity (including economic, political and safety, social and cultural, environment) are analyzed, It is concluded that maritime connectivity will make both parties get huge gains. Finally, on the basis of above analysis, it discusses the connectivity construction ideas and cooperation mechanism, clear priorities and principles of construction, layout and tasks of construction etc, explore the establishment of a multi-level cooperation mechanism.Based on the reality of China and ASEAN cooperation, put forward the Suggestions on strengthening China-ASEAN maritime connectivity, including strengthen communication, enhance mutual trust level; broaden the financing channels, develop maritime connectivity construction planning; strengthen scientific and technological cooperation; guide enterprises to participate in the construction of maritime connectivity.
