Research On Civil Servant Performance Feedback Mechanism Of Grass-Roots Local Taxation Bureau

In the reports of the 18th CPC National Congress and the Third Plenary Meeting of the 18th Session of CPC, our party has pointed out clearly that we should accelerate the performance management of administrative work and treat it as the priority of the administrative reform by the current central government.Performance feedback is an important part of the performance management system. The improvement of the performance feedback mechanism plays a significant role in many ways. It can improve performance management of civil servants of grass-roots local taxation bureau, build a honest and efficient government, strengthen team construction of civil servants and fit in with the requirements of the new situation.This paper will take the local taxation bureau in Rong County Guangxi Province, as an example, and focus on the performance feedback of performance management.Through literature review, face-to-face interviews with civil servants and field investigations, this paper introduces the experiences in performance management, finds out the problems in this field of local taxation bureau in Rong County using performance feedback theory and performance feedback mechanism, and analyses deep-seated causes of these problems.In the end, this paper puts forwards suggestions to set up the people-oriented concept of human resource management, to improve the basic system of performance feedback and relevant incentives mechanism, to upgrade the performance evaluation level, and to strengthen the use of performance feedback, so as to optimize the performance feedback mechanism of civil servants of grass-roots local taxation bureau.
