Suburban Penggai Resettlement Housing Problem Research In China

This paper used the theory of research and empirical analysis, comprehensive summary and factor analysis, investigation analysis and comparative analysis methods, taking the forefront of the current academic theory as the instruction, in the system combing the history of the construction of the suburban Shed-Resettlement dwellings in China since the founding of the changing, deeply analyzing the main modes of the construction of Shed-Resettlement dwellings and existing problems in suburban. In reference to advanced experience on the basis of other developed regions Shed-Resettlement housing construction in suburban, it put forward the policy suggestions for promoting the construction of Suburban Shed-Resettlement dwellings in our country, including perfecting planning first, intensive utilization and sustainable development, public participation and market-oriented operation guiding principle, and the optimization of the construction of Suburban Shed-Resettlement dwellings in China from five development path, like the improvement of the specific plan, the whole process management, integration mode, improving the construction system, and creating incentives. This topic had possible innovative in displays:1.
