With the high-speed development of the urbanization, the major cities takes up a lot of the county land or houses surrounding the cities to keep their own development, land requisition and farmers house dismantlement of the urbanization development process become an important job. In the process of land requisition and demolition, the government, developers and farmers happened many contradictions among them, it is necessary to complete the land requisition and house dismantlement work well, it can reflect the government in the national economic construction give full play to the functions, ensuring the national progress of the various work of the stable, reflected the concept of power for the people, and to let farmers really experience to countries with farmers to the attention of the related work, and realize the government is true the welfare for farmers, help to eliminate contradictions, maintain social stability. At the same time, the domestic experts and scholars research farmers’living situation from the point of farmers’life satisfaction, this paper discusses whether the government behavior or national policy is really accepted by farmers, whether it can bring benefits to raise the level of famers’life. First, Qiligou community is suitable of the combination of housing replacement and monetary compensation. But according to the investigation of the village residents, to make the suburban residents agree with tear open change, improve the satisfaction of compensation and resettlement for the demolition of compensation standard to make more fair and meticulous. Second, the government should take responsibilities of working as the rules and bearing the supervisory during the demolition process. The government should provide basic social security and health care for the suburban as the same as city residents. Third, perfect the resettlement area and strengthen the construction of community for the suburban.
