Study On Development Of Taiwan Pioneer Park Of Xianju Based On Cross-strait Agricultural Exchanges And Cooperation

Since reform and opening, the degree of cross-strait agricultural exchanges and cooperation is deepening with the increase of cross-strait economic and trade cooperation. Taiwan farmers Pioneer Park as an innovative model and important platform of cross-strait agricultural exchanges and cooperation have played an irreplaceable role in gathering Taiwan capital, introducing advanced technology, accelerating staff exchanges and promoting cross-strait agricultural development. Therefore, countrywide each district is lifting the upsurge of Taiwan farmers Pioneer Park. However, there are still some problems with the flourish of Taiwan farmers Pioneer Park. Based on the summary of the status of Taiwan farmers Pioneer Park, this thesis analyzed the internal and external factors of Taiwan farmers Pioneer Park of Xianju using SWOT and systematical analysis method and then proposed the developing strategies which is distinguishing agricultural feature, improving the technological content, producing ecological advantages, emphasizing the leisure experience, expanding urban functions, improving management and construct six major functional areas. Accordingly Taiwan farmers Pioneer Park of Xianju can give full play to improve agricultural structure upgrading; promote agricultural synergism and farmer to add close; impel the construction of unification of town and country and other aspects. It also provides experience to the construction of other Taiwan farmers Pioneer Parks, so as to deepen cross-strait exchanges and cooperation in agriculture.
