Research On The Development Mode Of Taiwan Farmers Start-business Park In Jiangning

Modern Agricultural Park is becoming not only a medium for promoting thedevelopment of agricultural transformation and a starting point for rural development, butalso an important form for improving the income of farmers, strictly protecting arable land,improving land use efficiency and maintaining the healthy development of urbanization.Therefore modern agricultural park become an important research issue for thegovernment and related disciplines. Currently, the modern agricultural park construction isin full swing across the country, but seldom ones can be called successful. The reason isthat the majority of modern agricultural park simply longitudinally extend from theproduction to the prenatal, processing, circulation and consumption, while lacking oflongitudinal extension., that is, the philosophy which rooted in modern agriculture is notstrong, and endogenous development momentum is insufficiency.The main thesis is divided into five parts.The first part gives an introduction about the theory and practice of agricultural parkin and abroad. Secondly, for industrial development, the type ofproductions are single, the ability to resist risks is low, the industry chain is imperfect, theindustry cluster needs to improve, the brand is lack of integration and the product orienteddegree is low. Thirdly, the operation organization shows the characteristics of initial stagesuch as a loose state. Meanwhile, by analyzing the park’s development features, it reveals the problems existing in the planning approach, the industrial chain, the serviceplatforms,the operating mechanisms and other aspects of the park currently.Based on the SWOT analysis of Jiangning Taiwan farmers Pioneer Park and theconnotation of the "endogenous" development model, the third and fourth part present thatthe "endogenous" development model is the only way to develop modern agriculture parkand is also an important method to solve rural issues,. Then combining with the park’sdeveloping situation, it presents industrial development, population concentration,resource gathering and policy guarantee those four momentums.
