Research On The Optimization Strategy Of A Company’s Recruitment And Training, On The Basis Of The Employee Stability

A company belongs to the software service outsourcing industry enterprises, employee stability is lower in the industry of A company distress.The purpose of this study is to optimize the recruitment and training strategy of A company and the application in practice, in order to improve the stability of employees of A company. Process this process belongs to the application of theory to practice, also belongs to the case study analysis.This paper mainly discusses on how to optimize the recruitment and training strategy as the starting point, the questionnaire survey of A company to A company employees and applicants. The questionnaire survey results combined with A company’s existing recruitment and training strategy analysis.
