A company belongs to the software service outsourcing industry enterprises, employee stability is lower in the industry of A company distress.The purpose of this study is to optimize the recruitment and training strategy of A company and the application in practice, in order to improve the stability of employees of A company. Process this process belongs to the application of theory to practice, also belongs to the case study analysis.This paper mainly discusses on how to optimize the recruitment and training strategy as the starting point, the questionnaire survey of A company to A company employees and applicants. The questionnaire survey results combined with A company’s existing recruitment and training strategy analysis. According to A company’s actual case, the A companies in the recruitment and training strategy of the paper summarizes the problems, using Marge and Simon model and psychological motivation model will be applied to the A company’s application of the theory of boundary draw, according to the application of boundary to discuss how to improve employee stability problem, and put forward optimization scheme, so as to improve the A company in operation efficiency.This paper is based on the theoretical research, the related theories are summarized and extended, so as to find suitable for A company, is helpful to improve the recruitment and training strategy of the staff stability. A company case representative very prominent in the industry, through the practice of case analysis, we can find a suitable for the characteristics of the industry to improve staff stability method. This method also has a clear reference to many similar enterprises.
