Mobility Rationalization:the Policy Logical Of The Farmers’ Mobility

This paper focuses on the five peasant households, under the background of the change of national policy, under the binary analysis framework of state and society, study the farmers flow behavior change. From microscopic perspective, five peasant households in a village are the research objects. And according to the recall and readme of the five peasant households, it describes the flow diachronicly and panoramically in sixty years. Using the writing methods of farmers and Chronicles, the choice of scene and behavior for the peasant flow at different periods reappears. And it shows the changing tracks of the farmers from traditional to modern in terms of these three dimensions as blow: the inner motivation, the development of modes and rational choices.Farmers mobility is the theme of this article, and the different historical periods are the foundation of the article structure. In order to give consideration to the unity of history and logic, this article is divided into five parts structurally: The first chapter mainly put forwards the significance and background of topic and the consciousness of problem. At the same time, this paper summaries and comb the research status of related issues, and it also determine some possible direction of research. In addition, this chapter also introduces these information such as case study, research methods, the structure of the article.The second chapter describes the life of the five peasant households and discusses the reasons and the characteristics of the mobility in the period of people’s commune. It shows the influence of the common life and mobility of the farmers under the strong control of the country during the period of people’s commune. The author thinks that the motivation of mobility for farmers is to get the whole family survived because of the highly collectivization of the living and production during this period. And the farmers flow is survival and scattered.The third chapter discusses the changing of the family life and the details of the farmers mobility in the early of reform and opening up. The rigid rural society began to change after the reform and opening up. Farmers began to leave their own land, and they got the freedom to leave. At this moment, The farmers mobility characteristics allodium and orderly.The fourth chapter explores the changing in family production and life and the living status and features of the peasants mobility which was influenced by the market economy. The market economy brought various changes to the rural social life. It destroyed traditional handicraft industry, at the same time, it brought possibility to the diversity of the farmers’ life. During this period, more and more farmer went to the big city to make money. The features of the farmers mobility is positive, and it guided the farmers to get more benefit.The fifth chapter explores that farmers got guarantee for the livelihood because of more complete market and system in the age of economic globalization. In this age, the farmer mobility is rational and it also features as career-oriented.Through comprehension for the content, the Chapter 6 summarizes a basic conclusion which is under the national policy and the changes of the economic system, farmers flow also has the change. Farmers mobility has experienced the development from fragmentation to scale and last to systemy, and for the rational choices of the farmers’ social mobility.
