| Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the country’s main forces have been concentrated in urban construction and development,and the development of various rural undertakings has not received corresponding attention.The rural endowment insurance industry has also been lagging behind.Prior to 1986,there was no endowment security policy for all farmers.Since 1986,the state has begun a trial of the rural social endowment insurance system for all farmers.Since then,China has begun to explore the rural social endowment insurance system.At present,the rural endowment insurance system has weak system stability,unbalanced fiscal responsibility sharing,and weak farmers’ willingness to participate in insurance.The main manifestations are insufficient legal protection,low level of system security,and unclear government responsibility.Institutions to attract farmers to participate in the rural endowment insurance system are still issues for scholars to discuss.The biggest innovation of this thesis is from the perspective of rational choice theory.On the basis of combing the development process of the rural endowment insurance system,starting from the core point of rational choice theory,the “rational economic person ” assumption,the various actors in the participation system are carried out.Analysis and put forward the feasible measures to improve the rural endowment insurance system.The thesis is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,including the topic selection background,research significance,research method,research purpose,innovation and literature review;the second part is to sort out the development process of the rural social endowment insurance system,It also introduces the current development situation and trend of the rural social endowmentinsurance system in combination with the current era background.The third part is based on the current research and puts forward the problems encountered in the evolution of the rural endowment insurance system.There are three main aspects: the lack of stability Sex,imbalance of financial responsibility sharing mechanism,weak willingness of farmers to participate in insurance;the fourth part is to analyze the reasons for the above problems from the perspective of rational choice theory;the fifth part is to raise the perfect path to questions existed in the rural pension insurance system from the perspective of rational choice theory. |
