The theoretical interpretation of corporate power is limited by both professional boundaries and ideology,which is generally considered a problem of economics or business management.The distinction between the state and the market,or between the public and private sectors,limits the recognition and elucidation of the publicity of corporate power.Corporate power is an important power phenomenon in the market.And it is public and social.The scope of corporate power extends beyond the boundaries of the company's organization.Therefore,the influence of “public” surpasses the “private” field.This article discusses the publicity of the enterprise,focusing on the experience of combining the "public" symbol of party and government with the "private" symbol of the enterprise as the symbol in the process of economic development in Shenzhen.From the perspective of management publicity,try to clarify how government policies have changed the corporate organizational system.And to some extent to forms a theoretical explanation of corporate power under the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.For this reason,this article starts with the government's corporate policy and explores how the policies introduced by the government are shaping the social power relations of enterprises,and how to provide order for the transformation of corporate organizations,In other words,this article analyzes the impact of the role of the state expressed in the form of policies on the evolution of corporate organizational systems.The path of business transformation in the West is a natural choice from the accumulation of capital to the formation of scale to influence politics.China's is the policy external force from the transformation of government agencies into companies and then influencing politics.The diametrically opposite path choices are also accompanied by deviations in the nature of the corporate power: The West is privately owned,and China has obvious publicity from the very beginning and it has a strong collective concept.This is a product of the political system in a special era.Under such a tradition in China,with the development of the market,the power and responsibility of the corporation also have a natural connection.Especially for state-owned enterprises,when the power is accumulated to a certain extent,it is inevitably the priority organization for practicing power and responsibility,and public responsibility will become more important as the corporate power changes with social relations.The policy logic analysis adopted in this paper is different from the common market logic analysis path.The study found that the formation of a business organization is not only an economic act,but also a guiding act of government policy and has certain political orientation.The organizational structure is transformed within the framework and order shaped by the policy,and the logic of its transformation is maintained through the government's control and control measures.And the influence exerted by the policy reflects and maintains the continuity of the socialist tradition and adapts to the actual needs of economic transformation.In general,the government's policy to manage publicity has weakened the social impact of corporate self-interest.At the same time,the company's power is subject to the public ethics of social responsibility,and a new corporate order is being established.
