Correlation And Synergy Research Between Regional Logistics And Regional Economy In Middle Yangtze River Delta

According to the overall strategy of our country and the actual development situation, The "twelfth five-year" is the golden development period for central China. On the two sessions in2012, the proposal to develop central China be formally submitted to the State Council, in February2013, the four capital cities reached" WUHAN CONSENSUS", with Wuhan, Changsha, Nanchang, Hefei as core cities, the triangle economic area of the central China quietly formed.The development of regional economy closely related to the development of regional logistics, regional logistics is an important part of regional economy. On the one hand, regional logistics can reduce economic operation cost, improve the efficiency of regional economic activities, improve the competitiveness of regional economy. On the other hand, the regional economic provide impetus for the development of the regional logistics. The four provinces of "Middle Yangtze River" must consider the present situation of regional economy and regional logistics, realize the logistic contribution to the regional economic growth, identify commonality and insufficient, formulate appropriate and actively logistics industry policy, encourage regional economic’rapid and sound development.The paper based on the background of economic rising in Middle Yangtze River area, research correlation and synergy between regional economic and regional logistics development of the four provinces in central China, tentatively use multiple linear regression method, based on GDP and freight turnover data as basic statistics data, analyze synergy degree of regional logistic development and regional economic increasing in four provinces. This paper analyzes the regional economic and regional logistic elasticity of the four provinces, compare elastic results with Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, find out the collaborative difference in Middle Yangtze River Delta. Use regression model analyze the contribution of freight turnover in four provinces to each province’s GDP, get the corresponding results. According to the data analysis conclusion, and take other pertinent conditions and factors related to regional economic and regional logistic into consideration, this paper offer suggestions from provincial logistics development and regional logistics system construction two aspects to promote synergetic development of regional economic and regional logistic in Middle Yangtze River Delta, provide the corresponding theoretical support and practical reference for the four provinces to formulate reasonable logistics development planning and policy.
