Learn From International Experience In Regional Economic Integration To Promote The Economic Integration Of The Yangtze River Delta And The Financial System Innovation

Yangtze River Delta is one of the most dynamic regions in China and even in the world. Giving priority to develop the economic integration in Yangtze River Delta is the historical necessity. Although the economic integration in this area has made some achievements, there are still many problems hindering the deepening and sustainable development of regional economic integration. This article mainly analyzes the obstacles hindering the sustainable development of economic integration in Yangtze River delta from the angle of fiscal system innovation. The author believes that the problems of regional economic integration in Yangtze River Delta are caused by the division of administrative regions on the surface, but in fact the obstacles of fiscal system are its major source. This point obtains the positive support from the investigation of'the finance and taxation barriers of regional economic cooperation in Yangtze River Delta'. Learned from the experience of economic integration in the European Union, this article proposes new ideas to rely on the fiscal system innovation to promote economic integration in Yangtze River Delta, and makes recommendations on the path of fiscal system innovation.
