Economic And Social Ecological Impact Analysis On Afforestation Loaned By World Bank In Zhejiang Province

The world bank loaned in Zhejiang province, Forestry Comprehensive DevelopmentProject is put forward for the further implementation of the Construction of EcologicalProvince in Zhejiang, Construction of Modern Forestry in Zhejiang, Construction Strategyof Forest Ecosystem in Hangzhou Bay, to improve social ecological environment andpromote economic development plays an important role in the project area. Based on a setof survey data of farmers in18villages in Anji、Linan、Deqing and Fuyang country，Zhejiang Province. This paper analyses the Economic and Social Ecological Impact onAfforestation Loaned by World Bank in Zhejiang Province.First of all,the data is from the survey,based on statistical analyses the front and backof change of income level and structure, using DID model,that analyses empiricallyimpact of Afforestation Loaned by World Bank in Zhejiang Province to the income offarmers. Again, to identify social ecological impact of the project by Likert scale, Usingthe factor analysis indicate analyses social ecological impact of the project.Research shows that: farmers’ per capita labor income, forestry income and totalincome did not have a significant impact. This project has brought to the local farmersmainly consists of six factors (in order of importance size):Social civilization factor, Socialprogress factor, public facilities and service factor, the quality of ecological environmentfactor, Standard of living factors; forest biological diversity factor. The total sample ofcomprehensive score is3.019, the project on the impact of social ecology.
