Zhejiang is a province has a long history of edible mushroom production, the production ofedible fungi as a way of poverty for agricultural workers, gradually develop into a mushroomcultivation as the center of the industry chain. Mushroom production is an important part in thecirculation of agriculture, it received support from the national and local relevant departments, bymoving the whole society industrialization, edible fungus production has gradually entered intothe ranks of the factory, and has obtained the fast development, because it has the characteristic oflarge scale production, high efficiency, it has the better prospects for development. Like this thefarmers’ Cultivation of edible fungi production period, Zhejiang province mushroom production inthe forefront of the country, but in recent years Zhejiang province edible fungus production speedof development has lagged behind Jiangsu, Fujian, Shandong and other provinces, the mushroomproduction of Zhejiang and sales in the forefront of the country’s position in these provinces arereplaced gradually. By the reason, in the development of edible fungus production, Jiangsu, Fujian,Shandong and other provinces have factory production as the main mode of production in ediblemushroom, the number of factory, scale, facilities are far more than Zhejiang Province, productionof edible fungus in Zhejiang province is at a disadvantage in the competition in the market, to2012in Zhejiang province the mushroom factory production accounts for the province’s totaloutput of2%, far lower than the national level of4%.In order to edible fungus Industrial Development in Zhejiang province put forward thedevelopment idea, improve market competitiveness, combined with practical experience in ediblefungus base production, scientific research, from the Zhejiang province mushroom factoryproduction history and current situation, based on the investigation and collection of largeamounts of data, analyzing the affecting factors on the development of the factory statistics,comparison, case analysis and other methods, through the analysis of the policy, the externalenvironment, internal management problems, combined with the agricultural extension theory andthe transformation of traditional agriculture theory, proposed the Zhejiang province edible fungusfactory development from industrial policy planning regulation. Increase the development of newvarieties, improve the intensity of government support policy; The external environment for the college and enterprise joint cultivation of professional practitioners, and enhance internationalcompetitiveness, the domestic positive coping measures of non-tariff barriers, increase equipmentinvestment; Enterprise management through various channels to build brand effect, establish astandardized production system, the development of deep processing products developmentstrategy.
