Recent year, in the context of globalization, our country ‘s economic, political,legal and social environment has undergone tremendous change in all aspects. Underthe influence of these changes, a number of social problems have become increasinglyprominent, playing an important role, especially in a market economy imbalancebetween labor standards continue to rise. According to statistics from National LaborDispute Arbitration Committee: from2002to2011, the average growth rate of labordisputes only accepted by labor arbitration nearly14%of population of large-scalelabor conflict and vicious violence incidents occurred frequently. Especially, since2009in a series of intense labor conflict occurred manufacturing companies, such aslabor conflict vicious incident Jilin Tong Steel Event, Hainan Honda Strike, FoxconJumping Event, etc. reflecting tense situation in the labor relations. We must pay greatattention to warning the quality of labor relations, especially in labor-intensivemanufacturing enterprise, making the field study of labor relations with urgent andnecessary.In past studies, normative research of labor relations focused on logical analysisand deduction, relatively little empirical research based on quantitative analysis,which led to research on factors affecting labor relations and the relative lack ofevaluation. Research on labor relations atmosphere, which comes from in the study oforganizational behavior, measuring employee satisfaction, quality of labor relations.Recent year labor relations atmosphere, more and more application in field of humanresource management, the existing literature and theory to explain the importance of the measurement of key indicators of labor relations, few factors on the quality oflabor relations literature empirical analysis the lack of atmosphere in labor relationssystem for the study of empirical consideration. This article is from this perspective,the summary analysis on the basis of previous studies, research will focus on laborrelations at the organizational level, and strive to find out the factors affectingmanufacturing enterprise labor relations atmosphere, with benefit to labor relationstheory and practice studies.
