The Dynamic Mechanism Of Urbanization And Countermeasures Of Huantai County

Since reform and opening-up, the urbanization in our country is developing rapidly. Thousands of years, given priority to with the rural population of urban and rural population structure is reversed. The urbanization development into the important strategic transition, and became an important measure to solve the problem of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, to promote urban and rural’s development as a whole, to realize sustainable development. In recent years, the central file work and the government attaches great importance to the development of small and medium-sized cities and small towns. The county towns, which as the mainstay of small and medium-sized cities, an important part of the link between urban and rural areas and an strategic fulcrum of urban and rural areas, provide residents with relatively perfect infrastructure. At the same time,the county towns will be the main battleground of the urbanization in our country in the future because of the relatively small pressure in such aspect as population, the reform of household registration system, and public services improvement.In the1990s, Huantai county get successful implementation of the industrial restructuring of agriculture to industry. In recent years, the urbanization has been developing rapidly. Its development process is similar to most of the small and medium-sized cities in China, which can be used as the epitome of the development of small and medium-sized cities across the country. As an example, we can probe into the spatial and temporal evolution of urbanization and the dynamic mechanism of urbanization development from a professional point of urban planning. And we can put forward some counter measures and suggestions for the development of urbanization, which can enrich the research theory of urbanization development.The paper is divided into six chapters altogether:Chapter one:Introduction. This section introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, research methods and research framework, and defines the related concepts in the paper.Chapter two:Summarize the relevant theoretical research results at home and abroad. Chapter three:Introduce the basic information of Huantai, such as location, social development and changes, economic, demographic and other political reform. And do qualitative analysis in temporal evolution of urbanization development and the county differences in the development of urbanizationChapter four:Using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, summarize features of the development of urbanization lag, low efficiency of land use, amphibians urbanization phenomenon, with close links to the villages and towns of private enterprises,and the county level scale differentiation.Chapter five:Discusses the urbanization mechanism of huantai county, construct relevant index system, and summarized Huantai urbanization dynamic factors for economic development, industrial structure change, population and foreign contact four aspect with the method of the integrated use of correlation analysis, grey correlation analysis, principal component analysis.Chapter six:According to the result of quantitative analysis, I put forward the corresponding suggestions from four aspects of the social economic development and the change of industrial structure, population and foreign contact.Chapter seven:Conclusion.
