Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of The Construction Of Touqiao Characteristic Town In Guangling District

At the end of 2016,the Jiangsu provincial government put forward 100 characteristic towns.In the first 25 published list,Guangling district Touqiao town was selected,the only one in Yangzhou.Based on the typical case of Guangling Touqiao characteristic town as the research object,using literature research,comparative analysis,inductive method,on-the-spot investigation,carefully review the relevant literature about the construction of characteristic towns at home and abroad,the characteristic town's definition,connotation and classification of a clear,learning and understanding this writing process need to use the theory of regional core city,sustainable urbanization theory and guide government theory.Based on the analysis of the Touqiao characteristic town's five aspects of the action,include make the design,development of medical industry,promote the construction of major projects,improve infrastructure,strengthen policy guidance and implementation.Then from the main service level and object level town construction,analyzes the effect of Touqiao characteristic town.Then,focusing on the five aspects of the action analysis of the problems and the causes,and make full use of the construction experience of the United States Greenwich characteristic town,Zhejiang Puyuan sweater fashion characteristic town of six domestic and foreign town features,puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions.This paper argues that in the next step of Touqiao characteristic town,to speed up the upgrading of the planning and design quality,increase the investment in medical equipment industry,further highlight the leading role of major projects,to complete all kinds of infrastructure,improve the policy guidance of the strength and breadth,in this process,we should give full play to the government and the market role,adhere to the people-oriented concept of construction and construction to the development of medical industry as the key,and to maintain a history of the patient,step by step to promote the construction of the characteristic town,and strive to achieve high quality development of characteristic town of high quality medical industry.
