The Impact Of OECD Generalized Infrastructure On The Structure Of Trade In Services

The perfect degree of the infrastructure is related to a country’s enterprises development, residents’life and social welfare and other major problems. Infrastructure construction impact on economic development has been confirmed by many literatures. The improvement of the infrastructure greatly enhanced service products,made them be tradable, domestic service trade get rapidly development. China’s service trade import and export scale expand rapidly, the proportion of service trade in national economy has become increasingly important status. At the same time, China’s service trade competitiveness is very weak, still in the end of the industrial chain, modern service sector proportion is too small. The structure of service trade needs to be improved. Study about the effect of infrastructure to the service trade structure has a certain positive significance. A country’s development of modern service trade sector and a country’s level of infrastructure development improvement is closely related. Study the influence of infrastructure construction to the structure of service trade, straighten out the infrastructure construction influence changes in the structure of service trade. To arrange the infrastructure investment structure to improve the structure of service trade, service trade international competitiveness put forward reasonable inspirations.In this paper, research idea is:first, clear the research background, defines the research object of this paper:the generalized infrastructure’s influence on the structure of service trade; second, through the advantages of dynamic comparative theory and the effect of elements accumulation analyzed the effect that the generalized infrastructure dynamic comparative advantage changes the transmission path of trade in services, then leading to the dynamics changes of the structural of trade in services, which combined with the empirical econometric analysis methods; four, we analyzed the status quo of the generalized infrastructure and the structure of service trade in China, by comparison with the sample countries we found the existed problems and disparities; finally summarized the conclusions, the paper puts forward reasonable implications. Research methods are mainly theoretical analysis combined with empirical test, to analyze the effect of the generalized infrastructure conduction mechanism of the structure of service trade, lay the theoretical foundation; To build the panel data regression analysis model for empirical test. Generalized infrastructure, service trade structure index and structure optimization index data are used in the author from major international organizations statistics database and each year the state statistical yearbook of China collection, and need to unify the data unit and currency, for database cannot directly access the data from each country official website to find, because too much sample countries, the data collection process is very difficult, under the comprehensive consideration deleted some unable to get data, using data in the OECD countries and China are analyzed.Research framework of this paper is as follows:the first chapter is introduction, through the analysis of the background is proposed in this paper, the research content and meaning. By collating and analyzing on the impact of infrastructure on trade in services at home and abroad literature, summarized and combed the research, ideas and methods. Next are introduced in this paper, by use of research ideas, research methods and framework structure, finally puts forward innovation and deficiency existing in the research. The second chapter is the theoretical analysis about the impact of the generalized infrastructure on the structure of trade in services. Focus on the definition of research object:the impact of the generalized infrastructure on the structure of trade in services. Then based on dynamic comparative advantage theory and factor accumulation effect, it is concluded that the influence of infrastructure service trade conduction path, for later build model provides the theoretical foundation for empirical analysis. The third chapter by sample data regression analysis of the OECD countries, get the empirical results, the economic infrastructure, social infrastructure the reason why there are significant differences impact on trade in services gives a reasonable explanation. The fourth chapter is to analyze the status quo of the generalized infrastructure and the structure of service trade in China, combining qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, through country comparison analysis on the structure of China’s service trade and measures, points out the problems existing in the structure of service trade in our country. The fifth chapter is a general conclusion about the empirical result. Then according to the result of empirical analysis and aims at the improvement of the service trade structure, we put forward the concrete reasonable inspirations.In this paper, the possible innovation place as follows:first, the research Angle of view. Many times from the perspective of infrastructure such as transportation, telecommunications and other departments to study the influence on the structure of service trade, this article selected representative indicators, from the Angle of the generalized infrastructure rather than to study in a kind of infrastructure, to a more comprehensive analysis of the construction of infrastructure to the extent to which promote the development of service trade, improving structure, infrastructure will also be able to see the internal structure change is how to affect the structure of service trade. Second, in this paper, using the latest data by using panel data regression analysis, considering the high level of economic development state of the structure of service trade in general is quite reasonable, competitive advantage, more, with learning and reference value on the selection of the sample countries in the OECD countries as reference standard, so that can find gap during the analysis, find out the corresponding improvement measures. Shortcoming in:because of the data acquisition is difficult, the generalized infrastructure and the selection of index reflecting the structure of service trade is not comprehensive, and the measure of generalized infrastructure using seven kinds of main index, used to measure the structure of service trade, service trade relative index can objectively reflect the fact remains to be proven. Due to my research level is limited, in the general infrastructure of conduction path analysis of the effects of the structure of service trades, how the accumulation of each factor leads to changes in the dynamic comparative advantage of trade in services has yet to find effective solution.
